This policy explains how Arise Labs LLC ("Arise Labs", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through ariselabs.cloud, the Align demo at align.ariselabs.cloud, and in the course of design-partner engagements.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use content you enter into the demo to train models that serve anyone else.

Personal data is processed in the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK, EEA, or another jurisdiction with transfer restrictions, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry and sign-up records are retained for up to 24 months. Content in the Align demo is deleted when the demo database is reset, and on request.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our stage, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and keeping secrets out of source control.
