Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Arise Labs LLC website at ariselabs.cloud and the Align demo at align.ariselabs.cloud (together, the "Services"). A paid or contracted deployment of Align is instead covered by a separate written agreement. By using the Services you accept these terms.
1. The Services are a research preview
Align is an early research build. It may change or be unavailable without notice, its database is reset periodically, and nothing you put into it should be treated as stored reliably. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or personal data about others into the demo.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Services is for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Forward-looking statements about the roadmap reflect current intent and carry no guarantee. The nudges Align generates are suggestions, not instructions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure;
- scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the Services;
- use the Services to store or process another person's data without a lawful basis; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Your account and pairing
Sign-in is by a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Content you enter is shared with the person you pair with; choose that person carefully.
5. Intellectual property
The Services and their content — text, design, graphics, software, and the ARISE name and marks — are owned by Arise Labs LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; any other use requires prior written permission. You keep ownership of the content you enter into Align.
6. Submissions
If you send us ideas, feedback, or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them to operate and improve our business. Do not send confidential information unless a written agreement is already in place.
7. Third-party services
The Services run on infrastructure and models operated by third parties (including Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for third-party outages or for external sites we link to.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arise Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost or deleted demo data, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
